Boarding Options

*We do not currently have pasture boarding available*

Private Paddock 24 x 50

All paddocks are approximately 24x50 and on a level surface. Each pen has automatic waterers, feeders, a concrete pad complete with interlocking mats under the cover to keep a nice level mat surface. The cover is approximately 12x12 to keep them out of the elements if they so choose.

These paddocks have decomposed granite in the back of the pens to eliminate mud issues during winter as well as an additional concrete drain, extended concrete pad and an interior gate so the horses can be safely locked inside the front 12x24 during heavy rain.

Rates: $675 per month

Includes:

1 large flake of hay AM/PM

1 bag of bedding per week as needed

Graining with your grain (must be bagged)

Daily cleaning and if needed hosing of stall floor for cleanliness

Stall/Paddock in an open breezeway pole barn 16 x 20

Our 16 x 20 (same sq footage as a 12x24) stall/paddocks are 1/2 covered for shelter and the back half is open to the sunshine, they are very spacious and safe for the horses. Each stall/paddock is fully matted with 3/4" thick interlocking mats, has a 18 quart automatic waterer and the stall wall being shared by the horses are boarded 5' up so they cant kick thru the panel and get injured but they can still touch noses with their neighbor, and rain gutters have been installed so there isn't a sheet of water coming down in the middle of the stall. Misters were added to the fronts of each stall to help with the heat during those hot summer days as well.

Stall in shedrow 12 x 20

Our 12’ x 20’ stalls are also very spacious and safe for the horses. These stalls are located in our large shedrow barn and are all fully covered. Each stall is fully matted with 3/4" thick interlocking mats, they all have an 18qt automatic waterer and the stall wall being shared by the horses are solid up to 5' so they can see each other and touch noses but cant kick thru the panel and get injured. Misters were added to these stalls to keep the heat down and the horses comfortable and happy during the hot summer months.

Turnout Paddock - 40x80

Turnout paddocks are available for your use measuring 40 x 80. Each paddock has oak trees that provide a lot of shade in the summer, an 18 quart automatic waterer and feeders in each paddock. The paddocks are constructed of heavy 2x10 wood rails that measure 6' tall as well as 3 strands of hot tape on the inside.

These paddocks are currently being used for turnout weather permitting.

Not Available for permanent boarding. Unfortunately we do not offer pasture boarding. Our paddocks are used for turnout only
