Overnight Care

Our overnight or "just passing thru" care is for those who are on a trip with their horses and need to stop for the night and get some zzzzzzz's, fix a vehicle or whatever else may cause you to stop for the night. Our rates are charged by the night not by the day. "Check out" is at 1pm the following day.  You generally don’t need advanced reservations, you can call in advance to ensure space is available or when you are in the area and as long as we have space you are more than welcome. 

We understand some travel late at night and decide last minute to stop and rest so feel free to call us at anytime and we can meet you at the barn.

We do not have a place for the horse owners to stay but there are hotels 10-15 minutes away from us.

Our overnight fee is $15.00 per horse.  Your horse will be in a 12’ x 20’ or a 16’ x 20’ stall depending on availability.  Alfalfa and cleaning will be provided as well as bedding and all stalls have auto waterers.  Fees are to be paid upon arrival along with a $100.00 refundable damage deposit.

Vacation Care

If you need someone to watch over your horses while you are gone, bring them over to Meadowbrook Equestrian Center.  Vacation care requires a refundable damage deposit of $100.00.  We provide alfalfa and cleaning for a fee of $10.00 per day.  Bedding is also included.  You can choose where your horse will be staying depending on stall and paddock availability.  There is a 4 night minimum to receive the lower rate of vacation care.  If your horses stay will be less than 4 nights the fee is $15 per night.
