We are a full care facility.  You do not have to come clean your stall or feed your horse; we take care of all that for you.  We include alfalfa in all the rates but we do have orchard grass and stable mix available for an additional fee.  Bedding for the stalls is optional and is NOT included in the rates.

Our paddocks are 32’ x 80’ and are private.  If you have 2 horses that you own and you know they get along you can have 2 in each paddock. Each paddock has oak trees that provide a lot of shade in the summer, an 18 quart automatic waterer and 2 hanging feeders in each paddock.  The paddocks are constructed of heavy 2” x 10” wood rails that measure 6' tall as well as 2 strands of hot tape on the inside. 

Rates for private: 1 horse per paddock $415.  Rate includes 1 flake alfalfa AM/PM, daily cleaning and graining with your grain.  

Rates for shared: 2 horses per paddock (you must own both horses) $300 per horse.  Rate includes 1 flake alfalfa AM/PM, daily cleaning and graining with your grain.

Our 16’ x 20’ stall/paddocks are 1/2 covered for shelter and the back half is open to the sunshine, they are very spacious and safe for the horses.  Each stall/paddock is fully matted with thick 1" mats, has a 1 quart automatic waterer and the stall wall being shared by the horses are boarded 5' up so they cant kick thru the panel and get injured but they can still touch noses with their neighbor.

Rate is $365 per month.  Included in board is daily cleaning, feeding 1 flake of alfalfa in the morning and 1 flake alfalfa at night, feeding supplements/grain (provided by owner) and turnout 3 days per week weather permitting. 

Our 12’ x 20’ stalls are also very spacious and safe for the horses.  These stalls are located in our large shedrow barn and are all fully covered.  Each stall is fully matted with thick 1" mats, they all have a 1 quart automatic waterer and the stall wall being shared by the horses are solid up to 5' so they cant kick thru the panel and get injured but they can still see and touch noses with their neighbor

Rate is $315 per month.  Included in board is daily cleaning, feeding 1 flake of alfalfa in the morning and 1 flake alfalfa at night, feeding supplements/grain (provided by owner) and turnout 3 days per week weather permitting.
